Methionine Injection 20%
COMPOSITION: Each ml contains:
Methionine……………………………………… 200 mg

DESCRIPTION:
Methionine Injection 20% is approved for use in all animal species. Particularly for use in monogastrics, it ensures the adequate supply of sulfur amino acids, especially of the essential methionine. Because of methionine being first-limiting in typical poultry diets, its use has been well established for many years.

INDICATIONS:
Methionine Injection 20% is indicated for the prevention or treatment of methionine deficiencies in horses, cattle, calves, sheep, goats, dogs and poultry.

ADMINISTRATION AND DOSAGE:
By slow IM or IV injection in the following dose:
Horses: 50 ml.
Cattle: 50-100 ml.
Sheep and Goats: 20 ml.
Dogs: up to 10 ml.

Repeat after one weak or as directed by the veterinarian.
Intramuscular injection is sometimes slightly painful.
Required dose can be diluted with water for injection in the amount twice the volume of injection
dose.
